It started in 2018 with one greenhouse near Tashkent and a single decision: quality should not get lost in cardboard. We built a cycle where every berry, vegetable and herb passes through our own hands.
Today we run farms in three regions, a packing complex with MAP/CA lines and a refrigerated fleet that keeps temperature year-round.

Manual plus optical sorting by size, colour and ripeness. Only the top grade ships out.

MAP/CA — modified atmosphere inside each tray. Slows respiration and locks taste without preservatives.

MAP/CA — why it matters
MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) and CA (Controlled Atmosphere) change the gas mix inside the pack. Oxygen drops, CO₂ rises. Respiration slows, ripening and mould halt.
